漏水處理

各位大大好~
透天房子約莫10年，近日大雨，頂樓天花板發現有水滴，上下對照，大約就是屋頂裝太陽能熱水器架的釘子處，請問要如何處理最省工？

身為男主人，說實話，除了換燈泡，其他我是都不會，能否有最簡單的方式可DIY處理掉呢。當然花錢是簡單，不過也不能讓水電的亂開價，類似那種屋頂磁磚全敲起來，塗一遍防水，再黏回去，呵呵~~ 那就算了。
