有人把一個人類頭骨捐給了美國Goodwill慈善商店。商店的員工在得克薩斯州奧斯汀市整理捐贈物時發現了它。目前警方正在調查此事。

環球網據英國《鏡報》報導，法醫無法得知頭骨主人的死因和性別，唯一清楚的是這具頭骨來自一個2年以內死亡的成年人。

奧斯汀的警方認為這不是一起謀殺案，他們相信這具頭骨是來自某人的私人收藏。

德里克·伊莎瑞爾(Derek Israel)偵探說：『我相信這是某人的捐贈，我認為這具頭骨來自一個解剖模型，或者其他類似的東西。這可能屬於一名醫學學生、牙醫，或者其他職業的人士。』

Goodwill慈善商店在奧斯汀市擁有31家分店和40個捐贈中心，以前也收到過很多奇怪的贈品。

『我們收到過假肢，收到過勞力士手錶，也收到過南非克魯格金幣。我們收到過的捐贈物五花八門，涉及全部領域。』Goodwill慈善商店的一名發言人如此說道。
