普亭：我兩周就能拿下基輔

英國和義大利媒體1日報導，歐盟上周末舉行高峰會時，歐盟執委會主席巴洛索透露，普亭曾就烏克蘭問題威脅他說，「我要的話，兩周就能拿下基輔」。報導說，普亭此語暗示，如果歐美繼續加強制裁莫斯科，這可能會是後果。普亭作此威脅之際，歐盟也正在宣布要成立一支由四千人組成，代號「矛尖」的快速反應部隊，一旦俄國發動侵略，「矛尖」部隊48小時就投入東歐回應。
