親俄民兵步步進逼 烏東官兵士氣低落

美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）記者實地採訪烏克蘭東部，發現親俄民兵步步進逼，政府軍官兵士氣低落。

從距離俄國邊境不遠的港市馬里烏波爾往北行車，一路上看不到烏克蘭人。邊防局辦事處空無人煙，鄉間道路的檢查哨也遭棄守，沙包散落路旁。CNN記者猜測，烏克蘭政府可能已放棄俄國邊界附近三百多公里區域的控制權。
