我的腳長厚繭 該怎麼把繭去乾淨 怎麼保養腳

我的兩隻腳外側有長厚繭
(接近腳跟的地方 再往外面的地方移一些)

有時候我會用剪刀去剪它 我覺得蠻厚的
我腳的其他地方都摸起來滑滑的 就那裡粗粗的

我走路都是正常 之前穿了一雙鞋蠻久的(我朋友說我穿那個鞋會內八)
因為裡面有墊高 所以穿的時候要弄鬆再塞進去 我之後會把它拉很緊

最後就丟掉了 我不確定是不是那時候長繭
可是有人說可能是因為鞋子的關係

有什麼簡單的辦法去厚繭?
用身體去角質的去搓它可以嗎?
還是要用足部去角質?
我想讓它也變滑滑的 有什麼保養腳的方法嗎?
沒有繼續保養 穿合腳的鞋子 之後還會在長厚繭嗎?
