餿水油流竄 朱：重罰最有效

黑心油品流竄全國，新北市長朱立倫7日表示，食安最重要的還是在源頭，一定要嚴格稽查工廠，還要重罰，以最嚴格法律來處理，讓黑心廠商不敢觸法。

朱立倫上午出席新北市社區桌球聯誼賽及運動嘉年華活動受訪表示，從過去到現在幾起食安事件看來，中央到地方政府都有檢討的必要，北部比較屬於消費端，除消保官和衛生單位要落實平常的稽查，再來一定要重罰。

他認為，「道德勸說很重要，但重罰還是最有效。」
