蘋果日報 http://ppt.cc/sMao 一星巴克今天首度舉辦公開徵才活動，預計招募300位門市人員，全台28家門市共同進行 。星巴克表示，正職人員起薪23K引起外界誤會，實際加上獎金，月薪平均都有30K起跳。 由於星巴克今年將積極展店，總店數上看330家，基於人力需求，是首度舉辦公開的大規 模徵才活動，其中包含正職人員及儲備幹部，起薪皆為2萬3千元，其中儲備幹部經過7個 月的專業訓練後將升為門市值班經理，薪水將以2萬3千元為基礎，做15%的調幅。 面對外界批評星巴克23K低起薪的爭議，星巴克管理部主管經理呂界瑋澄清，員工還有獎 金制度，正職人員依工作表現，獎金約有年薪的18%至25%，同時有員工旅遊、免費咖費、 生日假及其他津貼等，年終獎金也起碼一個月起跳，算下來年薪介於40萬至50萬之間，非 外界所言僅23K。應徵者林小姐表示，自己以前在國外工作領過50K以上的薪水，但自己對 咖啡有熱誠，所以想應徵星巴克。上班族翁小姐說，依星巴克的品牌文化，員工起薪應該 要有2萬8千元以上才合理。（蔡孟修／台北報導） --- 其實這薪水真得有點低耶 不過在供需上 如果有人很樂意接受 資方其實也不可能會調整吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 124.29.188.244 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410943418.A.86C.html
