東北季風發威，台東市區近日天氣晴朗、濕度偏低、砂土乾燥，今天在6級陣風吹拂下，台東市區整片霧茫茫，許多民眾家中門窗緊閉，出門紛紛戴起口罩。

台東氣象站表示，這波鋒面將持續到16日，如果都沒有降雨，再加上風速都維持在6級，出現風飛沙的情形將會很高。

上週末去逛板橋大遠百,剛好碰到預購會 本來最想試YSL逆齡,去櫃上晃了兩次剛好都碰到沒人招呼的狀況 索性轉往嬌蘭試最近也很夯的超時完美和24K 當天預購會櫃哥櫃姐們都忙到沒時間吃飯 幫我試妝的櫃哥也是偷空吃飯到一半就被找出來招呼我 剛開始我表明想看超時完美和24K 他就拿了tester把兩種粉底試在我手上 開始跟我說明兩種粉底的特色 我默默地想,這樣好像就是沒有要幫我試在臉上的fu 感覺看不出個所以然,本來打算說謝謝就走 試在手上介紹完後,他就說粉底要試在臉上才會準 開始幫我卸掉臉上殘妝,從基本保養開始幫我上打底工作 最後幫我左臉上超時完美,右臉上24K讓我比較 這裡推一下這個櫃哥(趙偉凱),其實一般我不太習慣讓櫃哥服務 但是他態度很nice人又搞笑,整體來說讓人滿自在的 回到試妝心得,因為兩邊妝前保濕都做得很不錯, 所以妝感都很美,我一度無法抉擇哪邊比較好 超時完美帶點霧感,遠看比較精緻,有種朦朧美,修飾毛孔效果很好 24K則是帶有光澤感,遠看比較自然, 我自己覺得上24K那邊的臉看起來比較"碰皮"(台語) 後來最關鍵的決定因素竟然是"顯紋度"(淚) 上超時完美那邊大笑過後笑紋(法令紋)就會有點明顯 24K那邊的笑紋就看不太出來,這點用了一個禮拜之後令我很滿意 即使補妝之後笑紋也是隱藏得很不錯 最後我帶了24K,話說我原本試妝前屬意的是最近很紅的超時完美 所以說妝還是要試過比較準確 以上心得~~~謝謝觀賞:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 編輯: coolg 來自: 114.27.21.38 (10/11 11:41)

------------------ 還林北女兒來！ 休傑克曼再度爆走！ ------------------------------------ 圖文好讀網誌版:http://ppt.cc/QeCV ------------------------------------ 想像一下，金鋼狼在演完舞台劇、去日本把妹後生了一個女兒。姑且就叫她，金剛‧芭比 好了。有一天芭比出外企桃，結果被人被綁架，無影無蹤，警方束手無策。結果，唯一的 嫌疑犯還被無罪釋放，想當然爾，金鋼狼老爹氣到暴走，誓言要不擇手段只為找回女兒。 於是綁他架了嫌疑犯，企圖逼供，不說！林北就用爪子插死你！恩，這大概就是《私法爭 鋒》的絕大部分劇情(吧)，這樣有了解吼。 劇情大意，那是個下雨的感恩節，我們的女兒，消失在熟悉的門前街道。那個要求肩膀背 背的吵雜童音，如今對我來說，已是再也聽不見的天籟。大兒子說，他曾看見女孩在街上 那輛露營車上攀爬…那沒有錯！駕駛一定兇手！但警方竟然完全無視我的思女心切，縱放 嫌疑犯…，既然法律無法伸張，那我自己來！於是我埋伏在這嫌疑犯家門外。但在監視其 行動時，我竟然聽見從他嘴裡，哼出我女兒自己亂編的童歌…畜牲養的！一定是你！把我 女兒還來！ 如同想像，《私法爭鋒》絕大多數劇情在於被綁架者父親凱勒對於嫌疑人的私刑逼供。對 於司法無法調查證據，毫無進展之下家屬只好為法秩序不允許的行為，企圖自行尋獲線索 ；而導演也安排另外一位角色，對比這樣的不法的行為，也就是警探羅基。不同於家屬， 他所有的調查行動都是符合行政司法步驟。在這樣雙線之下，觀者不經開始道德思索，甚 麼才是『對』的？面對摯愛失蹤，你是否還能夠理性對待呢？這就是《私法爭鋒》的中心 主軸。 但若不將《私法爭鋒》當作一齣道德劇看待的話，它其實也可當作是一部偵探電影。油魚 片長夠長，編劇將劇本寫得非常濃厚，在劇情進行途中觀眾會被一堆線索搞得暈頭轉向， 但直到觀影落幕，才了解，原來一切都是息息相關，所以，喜歡CSI類型的觀眾，也不妨 選此片來看看嘿。 本片片長有153分鐘，但實際觀賞並不如想像那般冗長，因為導演許多故事線進行。我們 站在旁觀者角度，企圖釐清全案原貌，卻越陷越深。一開始，我們對家屬感同身受，了解 他們的喪女之痛；但隨後又不自覺同情起嫌疑人，或許他真的沒有做，那他為何需承受這 般輿論？正當我們同情時，卻又出現新證據，開始我們合理化角色的行為。但隨著酷刑的 加深，深處的慈悲又開始譴責你，或許只是他聽錯了，還是放了他吧…。彷彿陷入迷霧， 真相究竟在何處？我們不知道，因為連道德的底線都不再清楚。 飾演這位愛女心切的父親，休傑克曼詮釋非常到位。或許是金鋼狼演久了，他對於憤怒早 已掌握自如，在《私法爭鋒》中，他不是單元地全然釋放，而是夾雜著父愛、仇恨、道德 、理智、絕望的種種情緒。那場鐵鎚施虐的戲，完全震撼了觀影者，憤怒這道情緒瀰漫空 氣之中，直叫我們窒息。 他，凱勒，曾是位慈愛父親，他明知道這樣的施虐，違反道德，是法秩序所不容，卻執意 為之，難道他沒有絲毫阻意懷疑自己行為嗎?相信是有的，但凱勒不能去猶豫，因為這是 僅存的生存動力，不要這樣我的女兒無法歸來，我必須相信這樣的行為是唯一辦法，催使 自己去做出這樣他人以為『傷天害理』的行為。 而編劇安排另一位主角去對比。羅基，他是位警探，他所有行為符合法律，但也因此少了 一點情感。傑克葛倫霍飾演的羅基，象徵一種社會安定，他不帶任何情緒，依照法秩序以 及本身的節奏去辦案，但他所有的辦法都是法律內的辦法。相較凱勒的違法行徑，他的方 式保守多了，假若你的親人遭遇如此絕境，你真能平靜毫無作為等待警方音訊嗎?這正是 《私法爭鋒》討論的道德模糊地帶。 換個角度，我們可以將凱勒的行為比擬為沒有法律的原始社會，沒有枷鎖，只存在著肢體 暴力，力量是絕對的一切。但是，人類隨著文明演化，制定了生存規則，法律規範了一切 ，像是個無形束縛，為了保障每個人，人類不被允許去侵犯他人權利。從此，似乎所有的 情緒仇恨，似乎只能內吞，交由司法裁決，讓公權力去執行。 今天我家死了一個人，我不能要求償命，必須讓警察去逮捕，等待冗長繁瑣的司法程序， 甚至一審二審三審拖拖拖，直到法官裁決，兇手才終將剝奪人身自由，過幾年又是一條活 龍。情緒激憤的家屬哀嚎著，原來人命只值幾年光陰，我栽培大半輩子的孩子啊，好不值 呀！ 在現今社會，民眾總是用了好多情緒加諸在犯罪本身，認為連續殺人罪無可赦、性侵者在 被剁雞雞還是輪姦到死、殺老弱婦孺者簡直喪盡天良。但活在這樣的法治社會，人們被只 能就制約，遵守這樣的規則。以法理來說，殺人者侵犯生命法益，當然高過性侵者侵犯的 身體健康法益，但對於被害者、家屬，誰管你這些狗屁條文法律，我就是要那人不得好死 。法律真的帶給人們幸福了嗎？ 劇情當中曾出現一句話。『我不認同，但我不會去阻止你』在新聞媒體上，我們常看到一 些激烈的行徑作為，在法律層面或許遊走邊緣，甚至不被允許。但了解行為背後的心境、 目的，我們心中似乎又有種某程度地軟化、同理那樣的行為。同樣道理，凱勒的行為，我 們都知道是一種犯罪，但是面對這樣的思女心切，有多少能夠兩手攤攤被動等波麗士大人 拯救嗎？ 結語時間，電影中，《私法爭鋒》並沒有牽扯到太多法律層面，但我們著實看到家屬與公 權力者的兩種面向，他們有著自己堅信的信仰，為了己身目的去作為著。身為旁觀者的我 們，你認同哪一項作為呢？在觀影過程中是否有動搖著呢?我想，每個人都有著自己的答 案吧~ -- 是個愛看電影的鍵人。 http://bernd97.pixnet.net/blog movie板：z-6-5 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.160.81 ※ 編輯: bradcool 來自: 111.240.160.81 (10/11 17:01)

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】蘋果公司推出新一代iPhone 5s後，網路有傳聞三星公司打算在明年1月就發佈Galaxy S5，不願輸給蘋果。

南韓媒體「naver.com」報導指出，因今年4月開賣的旗鑑款機種Galaxy S4銷售不振，故三星才決定讓Galaxy S5提前在明年1月開賣。網路也盛傳，S5將搭載三星自家研發的「Exynos 5430」處理器、搭載光學防手振1600萬畫素相機、並具備低亮度攝影功能。

　　兩岸事務主管機關負責人互稱官銜，陸委會主委王郁琦今天(11日)表示，在中國大陸內部仍有壓力的情況下，願以官銜互稱不是一件容易的事情；王郁琦認為，由此可見張志軍非常務實，願意正視台海分治這個事實，未來應可更加務實解決雙方歧異。

　　陸委會主委王郁琦與大陸國台辦主任張志軍在「蕭習會」後見面互稱官銜，政府認為這是兩岸治權互不否認的具體實踐，但大陸國台辦卻認為這種解讀是一種過於豐富的聯想。

　　對於國台辦的消極回應，王郁琦11日在電台專訪中表示，「給他們一點時間啦」，因為對岸內部仍有壓力，有些事情還是得一步一步來，王郁琦說：『(原音)他們這一次願意跨出這一步是很難得，也表示說張志軍主任上來之後其實非常地務實，也就是正視台灣海峽隔海分治的事實，我相信未來雙方應會用更務實的角度來解決雙方歧異，尤其是能更理解台灣社會所關心的議題。』

　　有關兩岸事務主管機關負責人互訪一事，王郁琦再次說明仍在規劃討論階段。

　　此外，針對馬英九總統與中國大陸領導人習近平會面的問題，王郁琦強調，兩岸目前沒有在商議「馬習會」相關事務，他並重申，「馬習會」要看條件是否成熟以及台灣的民意走向，才有開始思考的可能；而馬總統所謂「歷史定位」，不是藉由單一事件就能達成，總統也沒有講過他要的是什麼樣的歷史定位。

※ [本文轉錄自 TW-language 看板 #1ILx5MsF ] 作者: dawnny (dawn) 看板: TW-language 標題: [新聞] 總舖師講普通話 華人同笑 時間: Fri Oct 11 16:05:39 2013 獅城札記／總舖師講普通話 華人同笑 【聯合報╱新加坡記者林以君】 2013.10.11 03:13 am 「總舖師」在新加坡上演，憨人師、鬼頭師、蒼蠅師徒子徒孫大車拚，辦桌的古早味中， 聞到人情味比菜香。看新加坡版總舖師，倒不是欠一味，而是多一味，多出因為改成普通 話發音的味道。 看完新加坡試映會當下就決定，我要再看一遍原版發音，要聽林美秀、吳念真說閩南語， 而不是百分之九十五普通話、華語發音的新加坡版。 星、馬版把片名解釋成，「總舖師：移動大廚」，我倒寧願用英文「ZONE PRO SITE」， 至少聽來像是原音重現。 台灣影友、網友對兩個半小時「總舖師」的主要批評，一是笑點低，卻又可笑可不笑，二 是美食評審表情既像漫畫、又像港片「食神」，當詞窮、說不出菜好在哪裡，就只能用漫 畫「中華一番」主角「小當家」的方式表現。 原音「總舖師」給我無限想像，吳念真、柯一正、林美秀的洗練閩南語、用鄉土語言串出 相互關懷的辦桌精神緊實感，這「弦外之音、言外之意」，普通話、華語版難以體會。 「總舖師」在台灣網友眼中的「缺點」，到了新加坡反倒是優點；以方言呈現的特色，因 為新加坡不鼓勵「方言」，轉成普通話後，是我認為的缺憾。 漆黑中，坐我身旁的新加坡朋友笑到抱肚子、仰頭翹腳，他們可能不懂我這篇文章說的「 原汁原味」是什麼。但重要的是，因為有了普通話版，閩、客、潮、粵、瓊五大族群的華 人都能齊聲大笑。 新加坡不鼓勵方言由來已久，除非出現重大轉折，短期來看，我不認為有機會改變，更輪 不到我發言。 不改變，總可以接受、利用它，讓意猶未盡的人「更」想去台灣體會原汁原味的總舖師。 我想像「總舖師」搭配拍戲場景原地重遊，嘗遍戲中古早味辦桌菜，結合航空公司、台灣 民宿、新加坡宗鄉會館等團體，讓新加坡人飛到台灣嘗人情味、聽正統福建方言版總舖師 ，不也大快朵頤！ 【2013/10/11 聯合報】@ http://udn.com/ ================================================== 從艋舺 大尾鱸鰻 逗陣耶 到總舖師 不是用英文意譯 就是一直用英文諧音來拚台語 實在是蠻可惜的 http://udn.com/NEWS/WORLD/WOR4/8217629.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.20.242.82 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: dawnny (163.20.242.82), 時間: 10/11/2013 16:07:42 ※ 編輯: dawnny 來自: 163.20.242.82 (10/11 16:08)
