【林修卉／台北報導】馬英九總統昨在國慶演說表示，兩岸關係不是國際關係。民進黨主席蘇貞昌今在黨團大會表示，希望馬總統善盡總統的職責，不要再犯錯誤，「話不要亂講」。

對於馬總統的說法，蘇貞昌說，「不接受！」他指出，如果馬總統不是總統，昨天怎麼在台上？「他是總統，就是國家元首，我們是國家才會有總統，而中國建國已60年，這兩個國家不是國家的關係，那是什麼關係？」

蘇貞昌表示，馬總統自己在選舉時，也多次做這樣的承諾與這樣的訴求，得了選票之後，現在講這種話，這個話為什麼不在選舉中講，所以是騙票、虛偽，民進黨絕不接受，相信全民也絕不接受，希望馬總統善盡總統的職責，不要又再犯錯誤，要有國家元首的責任，話不要亂講。

外交部常務次長史亞平今天表示，釜山國際合唱節主辦單位已經表達歉意，官網已拿下錯誤的中華民國國旗，並將進行更正。

媒體今天報導，眼尖網友發現，2013釜山國際合唱節官方網站將中華民國國旗錯置為中華民國商船旗，青天滿地紅的國旗上出現黃色水波條紋，商船旗是招商局在民國時期使用的船旗。

史亞平下午出席「十鼓擊赴新興市場與回教國家巡演」行前記者會對此受訪表示，駐釜山辦事處得知訊息後，已跟主辦單位連絡，主辦單位表示歉意。

史亞平轉述，釜山國際合唱節主辦單位表示，在作業過程中，擷取資料時發生錯誤，現已將錯誤的國旗先移除，並將進行更正。

她表示，主辦單位當初並未詢問駐釜山辦事處有關國旗的相關資訊，駐釜山辦事處一得知訊息後馬上主動聯繫，對方也立即回應。

根據釜山國際合唱節官方網頁，原有的各國國旗圖示已全數移除。台灣不是首次參加釜山國際合唱節，今年參與團體包括成功高中合唱團、民權國小合唱團及拉縴人少年兒童合唱團。

駐台北韓國代表部表示，據了解，釜山國際合唱節誤置國旗純屬意外，主辦單位已表達歉意。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】為防止電氣火花引起火災爆炸事故，勞委會規定石化廠等可能出現易燃氣體的危險場所必須使用具有防爆功能的電氣設備，勞委會自2011年起針對1373件國內製造或進口的防爆電氣進行檢測，結果發現有1224件合格，149件不合格，不合格率約1成。僱主若使用檢測不合格電氣，可罰3萬到15萬元。

勞委會指出，危險場所使用的燈具、電動機、開關箱需強制列檢，檢測中以燈具不合格率達29％最高。另外，由於ECFA簽訂後，防爆馬達會列入早收清單中，這批送檢產品中有7件來自中國大陸，7件均不合格。勞委會說，已修訂《職業安全衛生法》，明年實施後，不合格產品將不得進口，直接被擋在海關。
