我在登錄情況下，發現一個朋友不見了，名單也沒她，我們參加的社群他們文章我也全看不見。
但在我有登錄情況下，我又能很快搜尋到她的帳號，還是藍字，照理她應沒封我才對。

臉書（Facebook）昨（21）日宣布，與手機晶片廠聯發科、三星、諾基亞、高通（Qualcomm）等業者合作成立internet.org，將致力推廣全球網路普及，讓其餘三分之二、約50億人口可以上網。

internet.org是由臉書、愛立信、聯發科、諾基亞、高通、Opera及三星等七家創始會員所組成，以全球性的合作夥伴關係，讓網路應用更為普及，台灣聯發科和品牌廠商南韓三星是該組織現階段唯一來自亞太地區的成員。

聯發科董事長蔡明介表示，聯發科兩年內在新興市場已出貨超過3億台智慧行動裝置，將全力支持internet.org推動全球網路普及，而全球的網際網路和社交媒體也是工業革命以來最大的變化。

對聯發科來說，如果網際網路或者行動上網更為普及，有助帶動手機等行動裝置需求上揚，晶片業者可望受惠。

internet.org認為，目前全球只有27億人、超過三分之一的世界人口使用網際網路，其餘人口因為種種原因而無法上網，雖然每年上網普及率以9%的比率增加，但這個速度遠遠落後於現有網路科技的發展。

臉書創辦人兼執行長查克柏格（Mark Zuckerberg）指出，臉書已給世界各地的人們接觸的能量，internet.org將集結全球合作夥伴關係，努力克服挑戰，包括那些目前無法負擔得起網際網路的人，「讓全世界的人都能上網，是我們這一代的使命。」

查克柏格表示，在internet.org計畫中，臉書將與合作夥伴包括手機業者、瀏覽器業者、晶片業者等相互分享技術和開發適當的工具，降低上網門檻，聚焦三大領域：人人都能負擔的上網技術、改善資料傳輸效率、發展能擴大上網的商業模式。

internet.org希望透過降低成本和提供應用程式所需要的數據流量、啟動新的商業模式，提供網際網路給目前尚未上線的三分之二人口，讓這50億人口可以上線。

愛立信總裁兼執行長衛翰思（Hans Vestberg）表示，超過100年來，愛立信已使全球超過60億人可以使用移動通信，未來會努力塑造網絡社會，創造負擔得起的網際網路。

同樣加入成為internet.org創始會員的高通執行長賈可伯強調，行動生活已改變許多人的生活。三星則會提供高品質的行動裝置，確保未來50億人口享有極佳的上網經驗。
