【大紀元8月20日報導】(大紀元記者羅東平綜合報導)據傳美國蘋果公司（Apple）將推出兩款新iPhone，已要求台灣供應商下個月開始出貨。新iPhone將分有高階「iPhone 5S」以及平價版「iPhone 5C」兩種。

《華爾街日報》今天引述匿名消息人士透露，蘋果公司已要求代工商鴻海精密工業股份有限公司從9月初開始出貨兩款新iPhone，其中一款是高階iPhone 5S，另一款為功能較少的平價版iPhone 5C。

上述出貨計劃意味著兩款新iPhone最早可能在下個月進行發售，表明蘋果公司為重拾智能手機市場的勢頭而調整了策略。在此之前，蘋果從未在同一時間發佈2款iPhone手機。

根據科技網站AllThingsD的報導，蘋果公司計劃在9月10日舉行一次產品發佈活動。目前還不清楚蘋果公司是否會在同一天發佈兩款iPhone，或者僅僅先發佈一款手機。根據往例，新iPhone通常會在發表會結束一週半後正式開賣。

更讓蘋果迷期待的是，之前就傳出平價版的iPhone 5C有更多繽紛色彩，不只有黑白兩個代表色，先前已經曝光白色、紅色、黃色，以及綠色外殼版本的iPhone 5C。現在也傳出，高端版的iPhone 5S也將推出彩色版，還將有金色版本。

據報導，相關公司的員工透露，蘋果公司的亞洲供應商已於6月份開始對一款金屬殼標準iPhone和一款低成本iPhone的部件進行大規模生產。對此，蘋果公司的一位發言人不予置評。

按蘋果的慣例，iPhone新機種上市後，上一代機型仍會少量生產，以較低價出售，但外傳蘋果在今年秋季iPhone 5S上市後，將停售iPhone 5，全力生產新機，以保留市場空間給同步上市的平價版iPhone 5C。因此iPhone 5有可能成為蘋果最短命的產品。

科技網站「蘋果內幕」（AppleInsider）報導，預測蘋果未來產品計畫一向精準的凱基證券分析師郭明錤表示，蘋果預料將在9月10日的發表會上讓2013年秋季的全新iPhone陣容亮相。郭明錤認為，「iPhone 5C」將取代iPhone 5，iPhone 4S則會續產當作蘋果新的低階機種。

與此同時，蘋果的對手三星電子（Samsung Electronics Co.）與索尼（Sony ）這兩家亞洲科技巨擘，企圖搶在蘋果新款iPhone問世前，推出全新裝置。

據彭博報導，三星電子訂於9月4日推出具備智慧手機功能的腕錶式裝置Galaxy Gear與Note 3。另有2名人士透露，索尼最新Xperia手機，配備索尼為相機與電視開發的影像感應器，也將在同一天拚場，希望能夠搶盡蘋果的風頭。

內政部政次蕭家淇22日指出，至101年底止，我國共辦理完成的區段徵收地區，共完成95區，總面積7千673公頃。其中，取得道路、公園、溝渠等公共設施達3千550公頃，依市價要上兆元，因此，區段徵收是政府推動都市土地整體開發建設的「適當手段」。

蕭家淇說，己完成區段徵收地區，如新竹縣政中心、宜蘭縣政中心、高鐵5個車站特定區、台北大學特定區、新板橋車站特定區、台北市基隆河截彎取直區段徵收。

之前換主機後那一陣子影片都可以看預覽出來的也很快,但是差不多一個月多了吧,最近看WWE摔角在現的影片跑不出來了而且就算有跑出來也一直跑到固定的地方就停了,以前都可以看還可以預覽,最近就不可以了

還有依莉的電影,我以前登入後電影都可以看現在都不行了,除了首頁幾個比較短的視屏可以而已,不知道電腦出了什麼狀況

可是有些線上影片還是可以看的預覽也OK

我用測試軟體檢測過網速還有其他東西都沒問題,電腦有沒有測到病毒

有大大知道什麼原因嗎???????幫幫我

行政院長江宜樺今天在行政院會表示，中央氣象局雖在今天上午解除潭美颱風警報，但西南氣流仍可能為中南部山區帶來豪雨，中央災害應變中心仍維持二級開設，各政府機關不可掉以輕心。

他說，根據中央氣象局預報資料，颱風過後的西南氣流可能帶來豪雨，將在未來24小時影響臺灣地區，並在中南部山區降下大量雨量。因此，颱風警報雖已解除，中央災害應變中心仍維持二級開設，等西南氣流過去，再恢復平常開設，請各級政府防救災人員不可掉以輕心。

江宜樺表示，在疏散撤離部分，也許有些民眾急於返家，希望地方政府協助穩定居民心情，等風雨完全過後、道路恢復安全，再返回家園。江宜樺進一步指出，道路施工安全方面，部分道路及維生管線受損，他指示交通部及經濟部儘速修復，早日恢復民眾日常生活。

可是插進去 讀取到的都是一個相機一樣的圖示
只能把裡面東西複製到電腦 不能用東西進去

【大紀元2013年08月23日訊】（大紀元記者藍悅真台灣台北報導）新版〈公債法〉上路，財政部昨（22）日首度公告六都存量債限比率，只有台北市減少千億舉債額度外，其他五都舉債上限都成長，但中央政府舉債空間大縮水，103年度起只剩4‚870億元，恐在後年出現債限破表危機。

財政部指出，最新各級政府公債截至7月底的統計數據，目前中央政府1年以上未償債務餘額達5兆2‚150億餘元；依按新版〈公債法〉試算，中央債限只有40.6%，明年中央只剩4‚870億元舉債空間，以每年舉債額度2千多億元估算，預計民國104年將用盡。

未來地方政府可自行舉債

依據新版〈公債法〉規定，各級政府總債限計算基礎，將由現行規定不得逾前三年度國民生產毛額（GNP）平均數的48%，改為不得逾前三年度GDP平均數的50%，估計全國總債限將增加720億元。

財政部表示，依據新版〈公債法〉，中央將多釋出825.3億餘元舉債額度給地方，除台北市減少千億舉債額度之外，其餘五都舉債上限都成長，未來地方政府爭取建設經費，不一定要跟中央伸手，即可自行舉債因應。

除台北市 其他舉債都成長

國庫署副署長陳雪香表示，依據新版〈公債法〉試算，103年度六都存量債限比率上限分別為，台北市2.61%、高雄市1.94%、新北市0.95%、台中市0.83%、台南市0.67%及桃園縣0.65%。

因此，台北市舉債上限為3‚665.62億元，剩下1‚306.62億元的舉債空間；高雄市舉債快到頂，只能再借486.64億元；新北市為686.23億元、台中市為614.7億元，台南市及桃園縣分別為488.98億及636.89億元。

陳雪香說，新版〈公債法〉依據三大指標，計算各直轄市的存量債限比率，包括101年度未償債務餘額之預算數，人口、面積、經濟工商發展程度等有利指標，以及自籌財源的努力程度等。

由於各直轄市過去的未償債務餘額預算數已經固定，各直轄市若想再擴增舉債空間，只能從自籌財源及有利指標著手；當直轄市的自籌財源多，顯示還債能力也強，對於舉債較為有利。◇
