【綜合報導】21日是北京清華大學新生報到日，該校今年錄取的3,374名新生當中，最受注目的為來自山西河曲，年僅13歲就讀機械工程系的范書愷。
 
今年12月才要過14歲生日的他，5歲便已就讀小學四年級，7歲升上國中。他謙虛地表示，自己並非甚麼「神童」，只是比別人早了幾年上學而已。范書愷的母親是中學的生物與數學教師，受到母親薰陶，范書愷對理科興趣濃厚，選擇機械工程學科是希望畢業後從事研究工作。

福日電子(600203.SH)即將完成近年最大的一宗資收購。

根據最新公告，福日電子將於9月2日召開股東大會，審議定增及受讓邁光電92.8%股權等議案。

“如果一切順利，收購邁光電將在今年9月完成，第四季度就可將其並表。”福日電子副總裁、董秘許政聲告訴本報記者，“這宗收購對公司未來的收入增長和主營業務發展均有非常積極的影響。”

按照股權出讓方的業績承諾，本次交易完成后，邁光電2013年至2015年三個年度合併報表歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常損益凈利潤，分別不低於3000萬元、3500萬元和3900萬元，三年扣非凈利潤合計數不低於12000萬元。

本報記者了解到，福日電子收購邁光電92.8%股權相關事項已於8月14日獲得福建省國資委備案通過，而本次收購併不涉及重大資重組，無需證監會審核。

福日電子本次收購的邁光電，是一家擬上市公司。

“在LED顯示屏領域，邁光電2012年出口額排名全國第三，海外訂單占其業務的50%以上。”許政聲透露。

公告顯示，邁光電2011年至今年上半年的營業收入分別為24778萬元、32003萬元和17729萬元，同期凈利潤分別為2264萬元、2542萬元與1046萬元。

“邁光電今年上半年的財務數據及其預測的未來業績，在LED行業已算相當顯眼。”一位券商人士認為。

公開資料表明，主業同為LED顯示屏的洲明科技(300232.SZ)，其今年上半年的凈利潤為1128.6萬元；主營為LED顯示屏晶片的華燦光電(300323.SZ)，預計今年上半年凈利潤約1200萬元至2000萬元。

“以承諾的2013年業績計算，收購市盈率還不到8倍，低於其他上市公司的同類收購市盈率。”許政聲表示。

查詢發現，此前，德豪潤達(002005.SZ)收購雷士照明(2222.HK)8.24%股權，同方國芯(002049.SZ)受讓國微電子96.5%股權，對應2013年的盈利預測，其股權收購市盈率分別約為15.08倍與13.95倍。

“此次收購的承諾業績，比邁光電現有經營團隊預測的盈利水平保守。”許政聲稱，“邁光電現有團隊在出讓股權后都將留任持續經營。”

“收購較為成熟的資，比自己新建、擴建更能立竿見影。”許政聲如此表示。

事實上，福日電子此時在LED業高調出擊，與福建省今年5月出台的《福建省推廣應用LED照明品的若干措施》密不可分，該檔案表明，將在2015年底前基本實現全省公共照明領域普遍使用LED照明品，帶動福建全省LED業當年新增值500億元以上。

而今年上半年，福日電子實施的LED項目已有閩江兩岸夜景燈光工程、興業銀行總部及分支機構LED室內照明改造、泉港風光互補LED路燈等多個福建省內項目。

在宣佈收購邁光電92.8%股權的同時，福日電子亦推出以6.41元/股定增不超過5000萬股的預案，這也是其自1999年上市以來的首次再融資。

福日電子還表示，在2013年至2015年，將給予每年不低於邁光電上一年度銷售收入10%的資金支持，以提高收購協同效應。

“公司擬通過新建、擴建、合資、併購等手段，實現在LED業的跨越式發展。”福日電子稱。

由此，一位券商人士認為，福日電子將可能在定增之后再次出手併購相關領域項目。

“收購邁光電與定增同時推進，對於福日電子來，就是充分利用資本市場優化了公司資結構，即以較低市盈率收購資實現較高市盈率募集資金，為今後的進一步併購創造資本條件。”上述人士指出。

【綜合報導】英國有一對同卵雙胞胎涉嫌一宗性侵案，由於他們擁用相同樣貌和DNA，當局無法判定誰才是犯手，只能一同控告二人。

檢方沒有透露案件詳情，只表明事發於2011年11月，22歲居於伯克郡的孿生兄弟莫罕默德(Mohammed Asghar)和阿法柏(Aftab Asghar)，涉嫌性侵一名女子。由於英國皇家檢察總署（CPS），無法根據現場留有的DNA，判定犯案者是兩兄弟中哪一人，還是二人均涉案，只能一同起訴二人。

檢察官表示，這宗案件很奇特，還需要找出更多證據，案件將於12月開審。

嚴陣以待颱風帶來豐沛的雨量，高雄市桃源區和那瑪夏山區都已備足安全存糧，水利局也在易淹水地區預布移動式抽水機。

水利局科長蔡易勳今天表示，為了防範潭美颱風帶來大雨，水利局已檢視完成各抽水站和截流站，將會視雨量啟閉閘門和抽水機，以確保地勢低窪地區不淹水。

他說，移動式抽水機也預布完成，尤其地勢低和沿海一帶易積水，都已完成抽水機的布署，以應需求。

高雄市山區土石鬆軟，只要有大雨就容易坍塌，造成道路中斷和橋梁損毀，桃源區公所主任秘書高美圓表示，昨天已勸說多名洗腎、慢性病患者下山依親或就近住院，以免風雨影響就醫。

那瑪夏區長白樣．伊斯里鍛表示，山區還沒有降雨，道路也暢通，打算今天撤離11名慢性病患者和孕婦下山，以確保他們就醫無礙。

為免颱風造成食糧供應問題，兩區都已備足安全存糧有兩個星期以上，還有睡袋和冰箱。

蔡易勳說，水情中心會視降雨情形啟動，以監視全市降雨和積水情形做緊急的調節調度。

精彩的馬戲表演，台灣觀眾可能不陌生，但融合魁北克屯墾伐木傳奇於馬戲表演中，而且從6旬多的祖父到才2歲的小孫子，馬戲家族三代出動的表演，在台灣這可是頭一次，臺北藝術節、來自加拿大魁北克的《伐木樂園》，明天起將在城市舞台帶來「懷舊新馬戲」！

《伐木樂園》伐木場裡耍馬戲!

馬戲該有的元素，音樂、雜耍、高難度特技，一樣都沒少，但馬戲的場景，竟然在森林裡！來自加拿大魁北克的阿爾馮斯馬戲團，將帶來在亞洲首度演出的《伐木樂園》！原來團長安東來自傳統的馬戲班家庭，全家上至66歲的爸爸、下至2歲的外甥亞瑟，都喜歡表演，安東自從蒙特婁國立馬戲學校畢業之後，與許多大劇團合作，長年在外巡演，最後回到家鄉，把家人全凝聚起來，並以當地地名「阿爾馮斯」作為團名組團，2011年發表的《伐木樂園》是創團後第2個作品，以魁北克美好的森林作為創作的靈感與素材，更是全家三代同台演出的家族創作。

安東笑稱，舞台場景是座隱入林間的大木屋，其實就是爸媽在林場裡的木屋，作品就是在那創作出來，舞台上看到的加拿大新鮮松木，是他們花了6星期在森林裡砍伐帶來台灣，每天排練前他們會先在後院比賽鋸木頭暖身，再找周遭的器具、材料來發展雜技表演，表演中可看到林場裡的斧頭、長鞭、鋒利長鋸，都成了馬戲雜耍的道具，彈跳木棍、跳板都取材自林場裡的新鮮木材，穿插著魁北克傳統民謠，要將魁北克祖父輩的開拓林場傳奇，融合在馬戲中，呈現給台灣的觀眾！
