青少年網路成癮嚴重，連政府官員都不能坐視不管，副市長徐中雄擔心下一代可能會毀在網路上，特別在12日市府市政會議中呼籲家長，希望能善加利用電信業者提供的網路「時間管理」服務，預約時間自動關閉網路系統，防止孩子深夜上網。

徐中雄說，身為家長一定都很關切這個問題，他自己也「深受其害」，擔心青少年沈溺網路無可自拔，下一代可能會毀在網路上！

他說，網路的存在是一刀兩刃，網路成癮就像安非他命，青少年時時刻刻沒有它都不行，上網已成為一種習慣，是最可怕的事，現在處處都是「低頭族」；他還開玩笑地點名一位首長也是低頭族，在市政會議中「低頭」滑手機。

徐中雄提醒家長說，其實電信業者有提供網路「時間管理」服務，就是在預約的時間自動關閉網路系統，隔天一早再恢復網路系統，如此，晚間十二點以後，小朋友就不會掛在網上不睡覺，嚴重影響求學及親子關係。

除此他也指示教育局、社會局、衛生局等相關單位研擬解決網路成癮的對策。

記者莊漢昌／台南報導

現代婦女基金會台南工作站選擇七夕情人節前夕，12日在台南市社福大樓前，舉辦「開心談戀愛，巧巧找對人，跟危險情人說BYE BYE」宣導活動，宣傳「愛情反恐CSI」，包括警察教授防身術、分享約會暴力案例及愛情暴力防治三步曲等，並要大家學習安全的分手方法。

現代婦女基金會台南工作站主任吳淑美表示，情人節的浪漫氣氛常會引發約會強暴，另外，有越來越多的戀人選在情人節這天談分手，而最嚴重的傷害就是發生在分手過程。

現代婦女基金會台南工作站指出，情人暴力佔家暴案件百分之55，其中以16到24歲的年輕女性最易受害，高達百分之44的民眾曾經遇過愛情恐怖份子，愛情恐怖份子有可能發生在肢體、精神及言語或經濟控制、行動及性侵。花束、巧克力及汽車旅館，都可能讓孩子誤認性就是浪漫，並發生約會強暴。

吳淑美主任說，在情人節除了希望有情人終成眷屬，還是要提醒大家記住愛情反恐CSI，包括，尋求協助、安全第一、以及有效行動，談分手時安全第一，必要時可以蒐證報警。

  • 外交部發言人高安今（12）日表示，經駐外館處確認，20多名受困肯亞機場的旅客，目前安全無恙。

肯亞的甘耶達國際機場7日發生火災，機場關閉維修，統計有25名台灣旅客暫時無法回台。外交部發言人高安今（12）日表示，經駐外館處確認，目前20多名旅客安全無恙，不過由於無法轉機，目前旅客仍在機場滯留。

資料顯示，目前還在機場的，包括有豪福旅行社1團14人，原本預訂10日返台、晴天國際旅行社1團11人，原先預訂8日返台，全因機場關閉暫時遭到滯留。

由於我國在肯亞並無外館，高安表示，已聯絡兼轄肯亞的駐南非代表處積極協處，由於南非離肯亞有段距離，代表處先聯絡當地僑胞就近協助。

外交部亞非司司長王建業接受中央社訪問時指出，外交部在肯亞並無辦事處，亞非司已請位於肯亞的中華民國對外貿易發展協會人員協助；旅客是否可能直接從尚比亞經其他路線回台，外交部也連絡旅行社持續了解。

1. 閃閃閃，閃閃閃。周氏夫妻果然秉持著前世藍氏夫妻的美德 確定在一起的第一天，親近的朋友們都知他們在一起了 尤其是放煙火時，某人的手就很直接的放在腰上，放在腰上 當下覺得，莫非某人自覺前世藍仕德手腳太慢，這次要趕進度嗎？ 交往的第一天就這樣閃死人，太沒道德（？） 但是看得很開心（→標準的口嫌體正直） 2. 我承認有點即視感，看到小舒從大門出來時，立刻就看到周震 頓時讓我想到藍仕德的溫馨接送情 尤其是那件藍色的外套，怎麼看都覺得：藍仕德好像有穿過 不過不同於藍仕德的愛心早餐，周震雖然沒有洗手做羹湯 但是小舒上車時，看到周震的手很貼心的擺在小舒頭上 擔心小舒的頭去撞到車門 果然，升級成女朋友，待遇就是不一樣 3. 我很喜歡潔西卡跟詹姆士二人在停車場中對周震的一番懇談 （沒法度，這二個人的要脅一點力道都沒有） 雖然平日詹姆士總是讓人覺得很不可靠，但是在那一刻 總於有種：啊，你是個男人的感覺 至於潔西卡更不用說了 她對小舒的了解、對小舒的關心、對小舒的疼惜是有目共睹 我想她是除了周震之外，最明白小舒在前一段感情受到的傷心 於是她會更加的擔心，縱使她清楚周震的為人 但是沒有得到周震的承諾之前，她無法放心 只是潔西卡，當你看到月老糖的效用那麼神之後 你應該先想一下那塊牛菲力要烤到幾分熟你才比較好入口吧！ 4. 烤肉時的水槍大戰，當下其實有點小小出戲 因為我總覺得我看到的是胡宇威而不是周震（尤其從花絮來看，威小姐根本是玩開了吧） 但是上承前幾集小舒跟周震討論小時候的情況 承接之後周奶奶對小舒說出小周震過往 多少可以體會到那時的周震為什麼可以這麼的放開心胸 對他而言，電台眾人或許是他少數真正的朋友 而他也終於可以享受到跟朋友之間瘋狂玩樂的過往 5. 突然發現到，周震／藍仕德的另一個共同點出現 都因為家庭因素，逼迫自己必須快度的成長、茁壯 也因此面對外人時，他們總是用比較冷酷、威嚴的面具去看待世人 只有極為親近的人，才可以看到他們的另一面，或者該說是最真實的一面 （而且不知道為什麼，這二個人幾乎都沒有自己的朋友最後好朋友都來自於小舒／奕茹） （→其實他們是學到了高孝介的從周圍攻佔中央的本領，把女朋友的朋友變成自己的，無 形中就得到許多不同的資源） 6. 梁小舒的脾氣雖然很衝，但是面對自己男朋友時，則是呈現出她的體貼 就如同她知道張建偉喜歡棒球（天啊，我居然還記得這個名字） 於是在他生日時送他一根球棒（雖然這隻球棒最後變成周震的抱枕）（誤） 當小舒知道周震的童年是孤單一人時 她幫他補足了失落而且可能是當時周震一直渴求而不得的一塊拼圖 是說，這二人去婚紗館拍照，根本幫我們補全藍氏夫妻那短到不行的婚紗拍照吧！ （我承認當下內心吶喊：新人快點換白紗、西裝） 7. 小颯、阿寬、仕德、周震，四種不同性格的人 都有一個共同點，他們的人生都失去很多 所以對於被他們放在心上的人，或是感受到的溫暖 他們都很細心的呵護與珍視 也因此他們不會吝惜自己的力量，只為了能夠讓那一個人開心 當小舒問周震將她送上投手丘時會不會很麻煩 周震說只要看到小舒的笑容，一切都不麻煩時 除了對女友的疼愛之外，我想，因為失去太多所以更懂得愛護手中的一切 也是主因之一 或許也是這個原因，當周震跟小舒告白時、當潔西卡二人在停車場詢問周震時 周震才會說出，除非你放手，不然我絕對不放手 8. 瑩瑩仍然是一名嬌氣的女孩子 但是她願意為了那一口氣，讓自己乖乖的待在店裡忙東忙西的 （雖然我覺得最後應該是苦命的培麗在應付客人） 而她也還是一名搞不太清楚狀況的人（租遊艇出海玩是那招啊） 可是她也是名會關心其他人的人（→但默默覺得高哲宣真的很倒楣） 目前她的狀況應該是初入人間的小龍女，完全不懂人情事故 但目前已經進化成1.5版本，何時能夠完整的進化到周瑩瑩2.0 有待苦情苦逼又倒楣的高小乖多多努力啦！ 9. 看到棒球場中，周震因為他人的起閧想立刻逃離 小舒卻在害羞的狀況之下，暗示著（→根本是明示）想跟周震更進一步 不由得讓我想到，根本是就是一直推到藍仕德的楊奕茹再現啊！ 長灘島：奕茹衝進浴室推倒藍仕德 新婚夜：什麼，只有睡覺（真心覺得仕德睡浴缸是因為他沒有要推倒老婆的意思） 薇閣：奕茹再次推倒仕德（→但是中途就放棄了）（→顯示怨念很重？） 而在今世，小舒依然承繼推倒親蜜愛人的美德 所以我們可以相信，很ㄑㄧㄥ但戰鬥力很強的小舒 在不久遠的將來會讓我們看到比愛現神之35集還神的畫面 10. 九點看阿寬，十點看周震，之前還穿插著小玩命（那個配音真心不能接受） 真心覺得：ON檔（歲月）的催殘，還是留在胡某人的臉上啊（茶） （↑通篇心得文的重點句）（逃） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.139.39 ※ 編輯: mv328 來自: 123.205.139.39 (08/12 20:31)
