請問下一步該怎麼做?!

各位前輩們好
小弟有兩件事請教

1.目前手上有一台使用約4年的筆電(ASUS,F6V),由於有2年的研究所使用期間而較少關機，導致目前雖然可以開機，但無法顯示螢幕，經由皇家俱樂部"初步"診斷大概是主機板壞了(只是有過電的狀況)，若要詳細診斷需要再花500元的診斷費，而經由皇家俱樂部所報價主機板"良品"的價格為4000元，想請問各位前輩們，是否要花4000元來維修還是說直接在買一台新的比較划算呢?? 因為我之前還有在花3000買了700G的硬碟>"<

2.想請問各位前輩們是否可以推薦目前有哪些筆電CP值較高，不需要ACER或ASUS等大廠牌沒關係，需要文書作業系統即可，但一定要有光碟機，若買新的筆電之後，我那700G的硬碟是否可以裝入? 因為目前高雄有電腦展，想說做點功課再去逛逛，請各位前輩們指教，謝謝
