(急)求助 影片傳不上電腦

小弟攝影機型號是HDR-XR260V
今天想要把影片上傳電腦時發現電腦都讀不到
換了一台也一樣
LCD螢幕只有顯示正在準備
建議的AC轉換器

然後就沒反應了!!
我應該要怎麼設定才可以呢?
是要用mass storage還是自動?
我的影片好像是在HDD裡

之前都好好的
拜託各位幫幫我
