堆高機不好發動~

之前堆高機的啟動馬達壞掉
請人維修後，可以正常發動
轉動鑰匙孔都可以馬上發動

可是過幾天後，發動變的很吃力
以為是沒有電，可是電力量起來又OK，換新電池試看看還是一樣
發動的聲音都是弱弱的達達達，然後會漸漸的強起來達達達
之後就可以啟動了

請問這是什麼原因呢？
