在大陸重慶禮嘉派出所，民警們為11歲的黃蓉提前慶生時，播放了一段影片。這是她父親去世前，為她錄好的生日祝福。

根據重慶晨報報導，這樣的影片還有7段。一年前，黃國全臨終時，不僅『托孤』給民警，還專門給女兒錄製了8段生日祝福影片。他請求民警，在他女兒成年前的每次生日時，給她播放一段影片，在女兒成長的不同階段，給她不同的祝福。8月1日，民警兌現了承諾。
