家中的貓長紅疹，是怎麼了？

我家的貓是波斯貓，
有一天我帶牠去附近公園散步回來後，
牠的身體冒出了紅疹，
而且平時大小便都去貓砂的牠，
那時竟然隨地大小便！？

請問懂貓的大大，
這紅疹算是皮膚病嗎？

寵物醫院離我家很遠，所以沒有及時給獸醫治療> <
