S3螢幕黑線條

請問各位專業人士
昨天晚上我的S3電量剩下最後的1%時
我正要拿去給他充電，他就突然給我出現好幾條黑線!
可是衝完電後就都沒有再發生這種問題了
昨天是第一次發現這問題!請各位幫我解答!
她還在保固期內!
