貓狗遭棄養 愛狗人士下跪為狗請命

狂犬病疫情引關注，很多貓狗遭到棄養，甚至被虐殺，屏東縣關懷動物權益協會近來發現有許多狗被無故虐殺，有的被打斷腿、有的被打得遍體麟傷，愛狗人士今天下午到縣府下跪陳情，大聲疾呼政府不要帶頭撲殺無辜的狗狗，也籲請民眾不要虐殺、棄養，屏東縣家畜疾病防治所徐榮彬強調，縣府並未主動全面撲殺，他也呼籲民眾千萬不要任意棄養。
