涉操縱股價護盤 男證交法起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北6日電）一家資產管理公司林姓負責人因手中股票跌停涉嫌以相對成交方式操縱股價護盤。台北地檢署今天偵結，依違反證交法起訴林男。

檢方指出，54歲的林姓男子因持有大筆的一檔股票跌停，擔心虧損連連，在去年3月間利用自己及親友共18個帳戶，以相對成交方式操縱股價護盤，營造交易熱絡假象。

檢方表示，當初有人向調查局檢舉，後來清查發現林男犯行；林男到案後，坦承犯行。

北檢今天偵結，審酌他為短期出脫全部所持股票，一時失慮才犯案，惡性非鉅，依違反證交法罪嫌起訴，建請法院從輕量刑。1020806
