馬以南告壹週刊 社長裴偉今出庭

總統馬英九的大姊馬以南不滿壹週刊報導她疑捲入太極雙星弊案，自訴控告壹週刊社長裴偉、總編輯及採訪記者等5人加重誹謗。士林地院今天下午開庭，壹週刊辯護律師團主張報導經過查證且聲請調查市議會的報告，可證明壹週刊是否查證；裴偉表示，他不管編輯業務，本案與他無關。庭訊後，法官暫定10月7日進行言詞辯論程序。
