標題[問題] 離職預告期

我現在的工作是作業員 因為要一直站，我的腿無法承受 加上最近開始加班，我決定要離職，做完3個月就走人 公司有規定未滿3個月要30天前告知，不過我不知道有沒有規定其他的 因為我第一次找工作，很多東西都不知道要問，弄得我現在也不太懂 爬文看到只要10天前告知就好 我是6/12進去的，9/12要離的話，那就是2號要告知對嗎？ 如果公司不願意放人我可以直接走嗎？還是要再早一點講比較好？ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.100.117
