該從事什麼工作?

今年31歲男,
高雄餐旅二專畢業,
餐飲相關經驗約10年,
速食店.便當店.簡餐店(西式和複合式).飯店(日本料理buffet和複合式buffet),清粥小菜.....都待過,
白天有一份廚師工作,
晚班有一份廚師兼職,
就這樣我過了大約2年半,
我對餐飲失去熱情,
甚至是有點討厭,
這樣的我,
我想轉行,
也想創業,
如何是好?
請給建議,
