天兔亂台　影響近4萬鐵路旅客

【陳如嬌／台北報導】天兔影響鐵路交通，台鐵指出，今24時前南迴線、花東線、平溪線、阿里山森林鐵路等各級列車均停駛；宜蘭線、北迴線對號列車也停駛；北迴線、宜蘭線、高雄－枋寮間，內灣線、集集線區間車，視風雨狀況機動行駛；西部幹線各級列車則均正常行駛。  

台鐵統計，至今日14時止，颱風影響對號列車74列次、旅客約37000人，區間列車44列次、旅客約2600人，總計影響約39600人；台鐵稱，颱風期間列車停駛或中斷時，乘客持有未乘期間的車票，可於15天內(含當日)洽就近車站全額退票。
