1.美國人17歲入籍台灣，取得台灣護照並在台服完役，並讀完大學(有申請學貸)，美國與台灣護照姓氏名字完全不相同，但出生證明相同。
2.如他欠款不還(現在不無逾期)，以美照出境，等到債務到期，是否能到法院舉證債務人因雙重國籍是屬同一人，台灣法律是否能追討成功?
