退撫基金獲利創近4年新高

　退撫基金管委會上午發出新聞稿指出，至102年11月底止整體獲利達新台幣365.3億元，期間收益率高達7.11％，創下近4年來收益新高，更大幅超越年度運用計畫預定收益率3.78％。　退撫基金指出，美國在財政僵局暫告解決後，經濟重回復甦軌道，歐洲央行降息刺激歐元區經濟溫和成長，加上美國量化寬鬆政策暫緩退場，資金流入風險性資產帶動全球股市勁揚。
