【動新聞】福伯屠宰場灌水　罰30萬挨告詐欺

《蘋果》昨踢爆新北市福伯屠宰場，有盤商宰牛後涉灌水增重，對此，農委會防檢局昨認定確有灌水，依《畜牧法》先對福伯開罰30萬元，並告發涉詐欺。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，防檢局昨約談福伯人員，並比對《蘋果》蒐證的4段影片，其中4月25日、5月2日所拍攝上豪員工灌水行為明確，先依《畜牧法》分別處最高罰款15萬元，台北、新北地檢署昨已分案，北市衛生局派員查扣可疑肉品送驗，新北檢方則約談福伯老闆張文壽，張喊冤稱是肉商所為，檢方鞏固事證後下周將擴大偵辦。（胡治言／綜合報導）
