行動通訊需求暢 欣興營收增

（中央社記者江明晏台北9日電）欣興第2季來自手機、行動通訊需求暢旺，HDI、IC載板產能利用率提升，第2季合併營收新台幣150.87億元，季增約1成。

欣興公布6月營收新台幣49.96億元，年增4.69%；累計今年前6月營收286.43億元，較2013年同期衰退3.96%。

欣興表示，第2季來自手機、行動通訊需求暢旺，估計HDI、IC載板的產能利用率隨之提升，欣興2014年第2季合併營收150.87億元，季增約10.14%。

欣興2014年第1季合併營收135.56億元，毛利率回升至9.2%，本業轉虧為盈，單季稅後淨利約0.57億元，稅後每股盈餘(EPS)為0.06元。

欣興2014年重返iPhone供應鏈，管理階層看好下半年營收將進補，優於上半年表現，Anylayer任意層高密度連接板(HDI)的供應需求暢旺。

此外，欣興下半年球閘陣列（BGA）覆晶（FlipChip）載板新廠將認證、投產，市場看好，在英特爾加持下，產能表現能見度佳，2014年喜迎轉機年，後續2年營運可望再向上。1030709
