餐廳名稱：鄭家魷魚羹、花枝羹、蝦仁羹 消費時間：2014/07 地址：高雄市三民區三民街189號 圖文版：http://julialkpkpk.pixnet.net/blog/post/379740228 最多平民小吃的地方除了夜市外就是市場啦!! 通常傳統市場都有好多臥虎藏龍的美食，三民市場也不例外 這天下班忙完已經晚上8點多了，順便繞來三民市場來吃魷魚羹 攤位上堆滿了滿滿的花枝、蝦仁跟魷魚，看起來真的超級吸引人的 因為久久才能來一次，就點了綜合羹，一次把魷魚、花枝、蝦仁一網打盡 還加點了一盤魷魚冷盤50元，我覺得他們的沾醬滿好吃的， 口味偏甜，配上細細的薑末真的很搭 魷魚剛燙起來很脆，再沾一點醬真的好好吃，在麵還沒上來時我就快吃完了 小的綜合羹 60元 ，碗裡有滿滿的魷魚、花枝、蝦仁，還沒吃就覺得好滿足 羹的口味偏甜 (南部口味，呵呵) 裡面加了九層塔及沙茶醬 很有提味的效果，讓整碗羹吃起來有鹹甜鹹甜的好滋味 雖然在炎炎夏天吃熱騰騰的羹，但卻不會讓人覺得膩呀! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.121.244.12 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1406391137.A.4E3.html ※ alittlebe:轉錄至看板 Kaohsiung 07/27 00:13
