各位前輩好,在下有電子業業務6~7年的經驗 有幸拿到以下公司的offer 跟目前的公司做一個比較如下表 希望版上前輩給個意見~ 公司 現任公司 艾克爾(湖口) 昇陽國際半導體 職位 國內業務 資深業務課長 國外業務專員 產業 LED 半導體封測 晶圓薄化 部門 業務 業務 業務 待遇 N*14 (N+16)*14 (N+1.8)*14 地點 竹科 湖口 竹科 工時 0800~? 0830~? 0830~? 交通 10min 30min 10min 現在的公司才剛進去,可是跟我之前做的很不相干 對產品還有公司文化都還在熟悉摸索中 而艾克爾薪水開得很高很誘人 但我看那職缺在數字網站開了好久,似乎一直都沒停止徵人過 如果可以開到那麼好的薪水,怎麼會一直找不到人..?@@ 至於昇陽,看版上討論的也不多,想請問各位前輩的意見 請問這樣的offer要怎麼選? 感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.161.208.231 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406479206.A.581.html
