開票人即為支票上所蓋的印章嗎

---理論上是

 債務人即為支票上印章那人嗎

---未必   但版大仍可以對支票發票人提出支付命令

 若那人名下並無財產，是否就無法法拍取得償還金額

---看對方是否有工作

 
 另外開支票一定會有背書人嗎？

---不一定

 

 那我要如何知道背書人是誰

 ---   支票背後就會有寫該人姓名
