餐廳名稱：丁丁咬一口雞蛋糕 消費時間：2014/07 地址：台中市沙鹿區四平街178號 電話：0933-173976 營業時間：15:00-賣完為止 每人平均價位：30元 圖文網誌:http://win0224.pixnet.net/blog/post/164852121 說到雞蛋糕，大家一定不陌生，也都一定吃過， 而且雞蛋糕屬於老少咸宜， 今天要介紹的{丁丁咬一口雞蛋糕}是七月初才 開幕的，店家位置目前在四平街與日新街街口 (綠揚村)對面，8/1起會移到三山國王廟斜對 面，大同3C旁。 一般市面上可見的雞蛋糕造型大多都是蛋型，或者 是動物造型，卡通造型，而丁丁咬一口雞蛋糕是市 面上少見的{愛心}形狀，很特別。 店家的雞蛋糕攤車也是老闆自行設計的。 另外丁丁咬一口的雞蛋糕，雞蛋都是用手工現打 ，所以食材都是當天現做，不添加人工添加物， 可說是相當新鮮。 這是價目表 雞蛋糕吃起來屬於比較紮實的口感，略乾。 不是那種吃起來有點濕潤感那種雞蛋糕，所 以這種大概吃個3-4顆就會有點飽足感了。 之前有客人跟店家反應說，雞蛋糕不夠綿密 ，但我覺得還算滿綿密的，只是有的雞蛋糕 中間吃起來是中空的，不知道是否跟蛋白沒 有完全打發的關係。 喜愛吃雞蛋糕的，可以去試試喔。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.253.193.168 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1407152225.A.26A.html ※ win0224:轉錄至看板 PU_Family 08/04 19:38 ※ win0224:轉錄至看板 TaichungCont 08/04 19:39
