當連你跟我都不會想去管他,不想要去關心他,完全不在乎他的時候
就是跌價的時候了...

當一堆人痛罵,一堆人挑毛病,一堆人酸他,卻又等待著機會要進場買屋
那就很難跌價....

高鐵特區要跌價很簡單
高鐵列車宣布無限期停駛,
所有的產站開發無限期停止,
所有的建商都不在願意買土地也不在願意蓋樓推案,
然後讓你我都不想看不想管的時候,
就是崩盤的時候了....
