房屋稅條例第五條修正

今天家裡收到掛號信
發文者是台北市稅捐稽征處

不過裡面的內容看不太懂
大概是說因為房屋稅條例第五條修正後
自用住宅政策調整,及稅率變動
有人能說明一下嗎?

因為繼承的關係
父母名下有幾間公寓
現在是分給我們幾個已成年的子女居住
有申請自用住宅
不過因為土增稅的關係,沒有過戶
