換完雙硬碟，開機螢幕會閃爍?

我昨天拿起我的macbook Pro 2012年中，13吋款式，更換雙硬碟

原本500G硬碟裝在光碟機位置，
原HD放SSD Toshiba Q Series Pro 256G，

並製作 fusion drive，再用Time Machine恢復10.9.3，
發現只要開機/重新開機，進到白底蘋果畫面，螢幕就會先閃爍個4,5下才進入桌面，
若是睡眠喚醒，就不會這樣。

有大大換了雙硬碟會這樣嗎?
怕說是有甚麼問題沒注意到，用久以後怕出問題
