【動新聞】連長簽賭輸錢　竟詐部屬83萬

「怎麼會有這樣的連長！」憲兵205指揮部前上尉連長黃章富因積欠賭債，竟前後詐騙部屬和家屬共83萬元。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，黃章富（35歲，去年4月退伍），因沉迷職棒簽賭而欠下巨額賭債，前年1月間，趁屬下酒後騎機車肇事的機會，謊稱幫忙繳罰金、請檢察官、律師吃飯等為藉口，先後詐騙班長、士兵和家屬共83萬元。檢方直斥「實在有夠荒唐！怎會有這樣的連長！」昨依刑責5年以下的詐欺罪嫌起訴。（胡治言／綜合報導）
