軍事高檢說明洪仲丘死因

【石明啟／桃園報導】針對下士洪仲丘死因鑑定報告，軍事高檢署檢察長史勝德晚間指出，經石台平法醫鑑定的結果，認為洪的死因是過度體能操練，導致運動型中暑，以及低血鈉腦症，造成多重器官衰竭，死亡的方式是「他為」。史勝德解釋，所謂的他為就是非自己導致的，他為的方式可能是他殺，也可能是意外，詳細原因，檢察官將深入追查。
