賴士葆書記長 延任一個月

立法院二次臨時會明天召開，時間持續到8月9日，朝野黨團決議將處理服貿協議，而國民黨團更企望在二次臨時會通過核四公投，軍事審判法等案。原本將在7月底就卸下書記長一職的賴士葆，也再度打破慣例延任一個月，銜命處理完重大法案後再卸任。
