惠普 撤告大同華映

惠普公司（HP）已撤銷去年對華映與大同美國分公司有關操控液晶顯示器（LCD）螢幕價格的訴訟。華映發言系統2日表示，不評論此一案件。

彭博資訊引述舊金山聯邦法院文件報導，上述三家公司同意撤銷這起去年提出的訴訟案。文件未解釋惠普放棄控告台灣兩家公司理由。

惠普發言人薩克爾（Michael Thacker）未對此案發表評論，華映也表示「不評論」。外界認為，雙方可能已達成和解，但均不願公布和解的內容為何。
