KTX訂票問題

不好意思 想要請問一下ktx訂票時都不成功
我目前是要訂2013.08.30的票(車號356 時間17:50~21:16的票)

但是在輸入完卡號之後一直會出現一串字
after a while try again~
PLEASE INQUIRE A DETAILED
INQUIRY BY TELEPHONE

但我已經輸入了很多次還是不成功 出錯的環節可能是??
因為需要趕快買到票 所以很緊張 謝謝各位
