標題[請益] 是否值得換工作(技術員)?

小弟最近參加了兩次台中康寧在中科管理局舉辦的徵才活動 第一次無聲卡 第二次面試官是finishing部門主管通過面試 明天要去中國醫體檢 上網查了一下 似乎現在要進入康寧都要從派遣開始 月薪約2萬7 轉正看個人造化 無奈小弟我明年過年後要結婚 派遣應該就沒有正職的相關福利(婚假,結婚禮金) 小弟目前仍在職 年資兩年五個月 於南科日商偏光板製造商當技術員 是正職 每個月固定加三天班左右 月領四萬 加年中年終及紅利 年薪約55萬 正職員工福利 婚假八天(作二休二等於連休18天) 結婚禮金5千 實在很誘人 所以想請問有了解康寧技術員內部情況的各位 我該跳到康寧嗎? 有機會3~6個月轉正嗎? 謝謝大家 小弟感激不盡!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.65.131
