桃園地院接手！　女受命法官審洪仲丘案

洪仲丘案件判決資料，一早開始轉往院方，憲兵全副武裝陪同，非常慎重，桃園地院慎重起見公開抽籤，決定合議庭法官。

抽出來的審判長鄭吉雄專辦刑事案件，法官資歷超過10年，受命法官則是丁俞尹，台大法律系畢業，陪席法官為許菁樺，三名法官，一男兩女，9月初將接受院方安排，上軍事相關課程。

軍事審判法修法正式上路，桃園地院除了收到洪仲丘案相關卷證，其他審理中案件，則採取電腦分案，至於軍檢署偵查中案件，也有11箱，通通送到桃園地檢署，襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮特地和軍檢人員握手，象徵交接順利。

因為洪仲丘案，促成軍事審判法修法，但能否讓真相浮現，才是家屬真正關心的。
