港實施新商品條例 哄騙購物7女被捕

香港實施新修訂的「商品說明條例」，香港海關偵破3宗涉嫌違反條例的案件，拘捕七名女子。

涉嫌違反修例而被捕的七人中，六人是香港居民，一人持大陸雙程通行證到香港。

香港海關說，當中三人涉嫌經營涉案的流動攤檔，另外四人假扮顧客，使其他消費者以為貨品很受歡迎。

香港海關消費者保障科總貿易管制主任邱鳳美表示，海關打擊的區域集中在遊客旺區，包括旺角和油麻地，海關所有行動都有計畫和部署。
