失業補助申請~加保日重疊

A,B公司是兩家不同公司,
由於我任職的A公司要倒閉, 所以拿到非自願性離職單,
但由於主管是B公司調來支援A公司的,
所以主管發了B公司的Offer給我, 要我 7/1去上班,

我有打去勞保局問, 14天內若工作不合,公司解散的單子一樣可以領失業補助.
所以我就到B公司上班了, 7/8 因不合申請自願離職.

Q:
問題是, A公司勞保到7/4日（預告期10天不用在去上班）, B公司 7/1~7/8有保勞保,
去就業服務處他說投保重疊, 不能申請!!

由於預告期10天不用上班導致重疊加保, 但A公司已經倒了,
找不到人請他在變更勞保日期,
是否有其他可以領失業補助的可能？？
