軍事審判法修正條文今天上路，苗栗地檢署、地方法院共接收3案，分別是1件恐嚇、2件性侵案，3件都沒有在押人犯的問題，苗栗地方法院發言人宋國鎮表示，軍事審判法修正條文生效，苗栗地方法院從北部軍事法院接收2案，都是妨害性自主罪案件，涉案人都是姓陳的義務役上等兵，因無在押人犯，僅案卷移送，將成立軍事專門法庭因應。

其中一件陳姓上兵於休假期間，3次涉嫌對未滿14歲的少年性交，北部軍事法院一審判決12年徒刑，案子經提起上訴，苗栗地院將辦理後續文書移交，轉由台中高分院審理。

一件正在北部軍事法庭審理中，苗栗地方法院會成立軍事法庭審理。另外，苗栗地檢署接收移轉一件恐嚇案，主任檢察官林李嘉表示，將會指派具軍法專業背景檢察官偵辦。
