標題[問題]面對上司,下班後的邀約要怎麼應對比較好

製造業小員工,公司騎車大概10分鐘雖然很近 但是經理每個禮拜至少下班會約大家兩三次 比如說打高爾夫啦 大魯閣打棒球打籃球啦 或是假日去爬山,約了四五次去了一次高爾夫球跟爬山 不過其實公司不算閒 一面很忙還要一面很不好意思 拒絕經理的邀約,另一方面就是公司作業程序太繁複 白天早就被弄的 心力交瘁,下班只想回家,而且沒吃晚餐就跑去運動真的好累 大家有什麼建議 該硬著頭皮去參加嗎 我看有些很忙的上司 明明很累 焦頭爛額了還是硬著頭皮的去了也 各位先進 給點建議好嗎 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.162.4 ※ 編輯: kobeman 來自: 219.68.162.4 (08/13 00:41)
