蘇貞昌：關說不是馬說了算

民進黨主席蘇貞昌下午率黨團三長、黨籍立委在立法院開記者會，痛批馬總統透過非法監聽在野黨黨鞭的手法比美國當年水門案「更可怕、更可惡」，讓台灣重回白色恐怖時代。

他說，他痛恨關說，若民進黨公職若有關說絕不護短，但此事件，相關當事人都否認關說，且案件也已判無罪，「關說不是馬總統說了算」，也不是由他自己做判斷，而是應該循司法程序。他要求馬英九不能躲，出面說清楚。

至於是否影響九月十五日馬蘇服貿辯論，他說，一件一件來，馬總統要先出來說清楚，黨有自己的步驟及戰略。
