標題[請問] 有關金屬加工

今天在整修一金屬盤面遇到的問題 盤面為直徑840mm中碳鋼 厚度約50mm 因為精度需求要在0.02mm之內 以立式車床精修後 用千分錶拖過整個盤面 精度在0.002mm 可是!!!!! 隔了一個晚上後盤面外圍浮起來了 外圍比圓心高約0.015mm 雖然在精度要求之內 但還是想要控制在0.01mm之內 方便生產加工時的精度控制 (盤面為生產加工時的治具) 請問這跟所用的刀具和切削深度(精修時一次下去0.01mm)有關嗎? 或是有沒有其他可能原因 現在想破頭了 Q_Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.192.217
