標題[請益] 公司發不出薪水...

來到這間網路代理商已經快五個月, 上個月剛通過試用期考核, 也順利加薪。誰知這個月老闆突然說發不出薪水, 因為客戶積欠幾百萬的應收帳款, 導致老闆發不出薪水, 還說其實他已經代墊薪水四個月, 希望員工多包涵。 但我好奇的是公司的存款帳戶裡不是應該要有一定的現金流嗎？這樣的代墊流程是正常的嗎？ 最怪的是公司一直都有在接大品牌的案子, 突然發生這種事讓我有點措手不及, 想請問大家有沒有什麼看法或見解替我解惑!! -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.83.219
